Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of professional construction scheduling experience
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
• Experience with public works or educational facility projects preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly Primavera P6 schedules
• Identify critical path impacts, milestone slippage, and schedule risks
• Perform schedule QA/QC and time impact analysis
• Develop earned value curves, KPI reports, and schedule recovery recommendations
• Attend project meetings and conduct site visits as necessary
• Coordinate with project teams regarding schedule and progress issues
