YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

TEICON ENGINEERING invites you to contribute your expertise to a landmark industrial gas and clean energy infrastructure project in Nederland, Texas. Delivered on behalf of a leading global industrial and chemical company, the project involves the construction of a world-scale facility integrating advanced hydrogen production with carbon capture technology and large-scale air separation to support blue ammonia production and other decarbonization initiatives.
  • Project Location: Nederland (Beaumont region), Texas
  • Start Date: ASAP (immediate mobilization)
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
  • Duration: One year, with potential for extension
  • Workload: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage site-level planning and progress tracking for critical Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (ME&I) scopes associated with wastewater treatment and hydrogen production facilities.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly schedule performance; identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Apply CPM scheduling and EVM techniques to track schedule and cost compliance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess subcontractor and site productivity.
  • Coordinate with ME&I construction teams, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedule and contractual milestones.
  • Track critical deliveries and mobilization for timely commissioning readiness.
  • Support pre-commissioning workflows, system turnover, and punch-list closure.
  • Develop clear reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to present schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain as-built records and update schedule tools like Primavera P6 accurately.
  • Provide cross-functional coordination across international disciplines and time zones.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (m/f/d) in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Project Management - or you are a qualified Construction Tradesperson (m/f/d) with extensive site planning experience in industrial projects.
  • You have 8-12 years of site-based planning experience with a strong focus on ME&I works and commissioning within industrial plant or heavy construction projects.
  • Advanced user of Primavera P6 with deep knowledge in CPM, EVM, KPI analysis, and corrective scheduling.
  • Proficient in creating visual dashboards and reports, preferably with Power BI; also skilled in MS Office (Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; strong presentation and report-writing capabilities.
  • Analytical, structured, and collaborative; experienced in multi-disciplinary, international environments.
  • Willingness to work on-site with flexible shifts when required.
  • Experience in subcontractor performance review, delivery tracking, and commissioning is a strong asset.
