Qualifications

• Minimum of two years managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different construction phases.
• Understanding of residential building systems and sequence of trades.
• Experience in jobsite schedule management and quality control.
• Competence in managing job financials, including budgets and change orders.
• Capable of performing site walks and functioning in active construction sites.
• Excellent organizational and team-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and compliance.
• Manage project schedules and perform quality control checks on completed work.
• Handle financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and change order management.
