Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial building projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong grasp of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and job cost management.
• Proven ability to coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• Preferred experience in design-build processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy.
• Manage procurement processes, subcontracting, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance aligns with projections.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout each project's lifecycle.
