Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, managing both the preconstruction and construction phases to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare conceptual estimates by reviewing construction drawings, understanding project scope, and soliciting pricing from subcontractors.
Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
Coordinate subcontractors and manage contract administration, including subcontract issuance and change orders.
Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating trade sequencing and project milestones.
Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, submittal follow-up, and document recirculation.
