Universal Drywall, a Nevell Group company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of commercial construction projects-leveraging your leadership, communication, and technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all phases of project execution, from planning to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Support field operations by coordinating materials, equipment, tools, and critical project information.
  • Review contract conditions and ensure compliance across the project team.
  • Oversee procurement and negotiate cost-effective contracts for labor and materials.
  • Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and billing.
  • Coordinate closely with internal BIM and field teams to meet project design requirements.
  • Establish efficient workflows for submittals, approvals, documentation, and quality control.
