Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Support field operations through coordination of materials, equipment, and critical information.
• Review contract conditions for compliance across the project team.
• Oversee procurement and negotiate contracts for labor and materials.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with internal BIM and field teams to meet design requirements.
• Establish workflows for documentation, approvals, and quality control.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders including owners and subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor Project Engineers and team members.
• Conduct regular site walks, safety audits, and project reviews.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, mitigate risks, and manage change orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
