Now Hiring: Construction Project Manager III at IconicaWe're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager III to lead projects of all sizes, including large-scale and complex commercial work. In this role, you'll serve as the primary project leader from preconstruction through completion while helping guide project teams and strengthen client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate project teams from project kickoff through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee project quality and deliver high-performing spaces for clients
- Drive communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support and mentor team members throughout the construction process
- Ensure safety standards and project commitments are consistently met
Qualifications & Background:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of construction project management experience leading commercial construction projects
- Experience managing complex ground-up construction projects across multiple structural systems including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
