We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction and renovation projects associated with new customer implementations throughout the Western United States.
📍 Position Details
Position: Construction Project Manager - Healthcare
Location: Remote (Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area)
Territory: Western United States
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | Typical business hours with flexibility to support project milestones and travel requirements
Travel: Frequent travel to customer construction sites throughout the Western U.S.
Compensation: Salaried Position + Bonuses
🛠 What You'll Do
As a Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary coordinator for healthcare facility construction and renovation projects supporting CDL's customer expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage all aspects of new client startup and construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate directly with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, physicists, building owners, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct routine site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, timelines, and compliance with project requirements
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved budgets whenever possible
• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy
• Oversee contractor bidding, project scheduling, equipment delivery, installation, and facility readiness
• Assist with site preparation activities, including equipment deliveries and installation support
• Provide regular project status updates to customers, leadership, and operations teams
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, contractors, and customers
• Maintain confidentiality of business operations, project information, and customer data
• Assist with onboarding and training of new personnel when needed
• What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive schedules to completion
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and project plans
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional demeanor with the ability to navigate challenges, conflicts, and changing priorities
• Comfortable interacting with physicians, healthcare professionals, and executive-level stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
* Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare construction or medical facility experience
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience managing multi-phase renovation or healthcare infrastructure projects
