What you'll do

Project Lifecycle & Execution
  • Managed end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning and launch, overseeing permitting, utility coordination, design review, and construction across multiple simultaneous sites
  • Built and maintained detailed project plans balancing speed-to-energization, construction cost, grid capacity constraints, and operational readiness across high-power commercial charging deployments
  • Tracked and managed critical path milestones across permitting, utility interconnection, and construction phases, proactively identifying schedule risks and resolving blockers before impacting go-live timelines

Utility & Grid Coordination
  • Partnered directly with utility providers to manage power availability assessments, transformer upgrade timelines, service agreements, and energization scheduling to keep charging sites on track
  • Coordinated electrical infrastructure requirements across engineering, grid, and construction teams to ensure design specifications, load calculations, and switchgear/transformer specs aligned with utility interconnection requirements

Permitting, Compliance & Regulatory
  • Managed permitting processes across multiple AHJs, navigating zoning requirements, electrical inspection schedules, environmental compliance, and state/local EV infrastructure regulations to keep projects on schedule
  • Built and maintained regulatory tracking systems across permit applications, inspection checkpoints, AHJ communications, and environmental sign-offs to ensure zero compliance gaps across a multi-site project portfolio

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of development budgets, project economics, underwriting, and feasibility analysis
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and investment committee materials
