Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in both retail and commercial construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports using Procore and other project management tools.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
