We're a growing construction company focused on light commercial projects (TI and renovation), and we're looking for a Project Manager to help drive our work forward. In this role, you'll oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction through closeout. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and retail construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
