Emplify Health is hiring for a Construction Project Manager 2 to join our team!

As a Construction PM2 you will provide professional oversight of design and construction projects. Responsibilities include: planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction and occupancy while meeting appropriate regulatory standards within organizational standards and policy. Manages projects and promotes collaboration with internal and external customers and partners. Reviews proposed project and with Manager of department is able to evaluate the project and alignment to the strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for leading multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Actively participates in implementing departmental initiatives and process improvements.

What You'll Need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in progressively responsible work in design and construction project management
  • Ideally seeking a candidate with prior experience in healthcare construction
  • License/ Certifications: Licensed Architect or Engineer, Preferred
  • PMP Certification, Desired.
