Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oral and written communications to executive-level reports and project teams.
Proficiency in technical writing and reporting.
Observe overall site compliance for proper safety practices and procedures and follow up with the appropriate reporting in accordance with proper protocol and procedure.
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and execute various activities while supporting team initiatives for ongoing project success.
Ability to effectively lead and contribute to important project meetings and discussions.
Perform field audits of construction crew performance to ensure compliance with project documents. Audit on-going construction activities to verify progress and quality compliance.
Document deficiencies and non-conformances and communicate issues to the project team and owner/client. The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders is key.
Effectively document the project through daily reports, photographs, and other reporting tools.
Coordinate various project activities, as required, to work within a team effectively.
Operate on the client's behalf to resolve change orders and other project negotiations.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, Lesson Learned opportunities, and/or courses of correction for project support.
Develop a working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and design and standard criteria for projects as necessary to successfully execute.
Perform data collection utilizing approved collection devices such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, mobile devices, GPS, range finder, testing equipment, and other equipment as necessary.
Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects with demonstrated success.
Up to 50% travel required. The ability to lodge within 30 miles of the project site for periods of time is desired. Per diem to be provided.

Qualifications:
