Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager may substitute for a degree or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience specifically in municipality projects is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proven organization, leadership, negotiation, and delegation abilities are required.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture positive customer relationships is critical.
• Effective and diplomatic interaction with diverse individuals in various settings is required.
• A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction with estimates and create detailed project plans.
• Participate in developing and delivering project proposals.
• Champion the project transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and manage contract administration.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Oversee construction to ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Perform project reviews to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive status reports on project milestones, financials, deliverables, and issues.
