Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in office and production environments.
• Background in sales or customer service focused on metal components or roofing products.
• Ability and willingness to travel independently as needed.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks including inventory, invoicing, and estimates.
• Experience in material handling and operation of related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise the training and hiring of Service Center staff.
• Generate sales by targeting current and potential customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and order management for deliveries.
• Manage order invoicing after shipments are processed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and place replenishment orders.
• Compile daily sales summaries and securely deposit cash receipts.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for timely payments.
• Facilitate loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Create and estimate material lists for customer projects.
