Manage and schedule all trade contractors, ensuring they adhere to their scopes of work, safety standards, and project timelines.
Lead daily safety briefings, implement emergency protocols, and maintain strict OSHA compliance to guarantee a hazard-free work environment for all crews.
Inspect daily workmanship to identify deficiencies, ensure adherence to contract documents, and manage final project punch lists
Maintain detailed daily logs, track material deliveries, manage RFIs (Requests for Information), and coordinate local municipal inspections.
Strong understanding of commercial building methods, materials (steel, concrete, masonry), and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
