As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects from

start to finish, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Your key

responsibilities will include:
• Evaluating and selling reconstruction projects
• Educating customers on the reconstruction process
• Defining and documenting the project scope
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, clients, and

subcontractors
• Reviewing and finalizing project estimates
• Securing necessary permits and approvals
• Developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Identifying and managing subcontractors and resource providers
• Negotiating terms and setting clear expectations with customers and clients

What We're Looking For:
• At least 2 years of experience in construction management
• Estimating experience using Xactimate (Required)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• A valid driver's license
• A high school diploma/GED (required)
• The ability to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)

Compensation:

Salary + Commission: $70,000-$100,000 (DOE)
