Our Construction Manager shall assist in the standardization and implementation of processes as well as assist with Operational Startup meetings. Other key responsibilities include traveling to field offices, performing operational training, monitoring operational performance, and reporting any process successes or failures to management. To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunication or general construction industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment/software; familiarity with telecommunications construction operations is a plus; candidates should have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

What you'll need- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
