Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Imagination Homes, you'll be the driving force behind delivering beautifully built homes on time, on budget, and up to our high standards of excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets Imagination Homes' quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
  • Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
  • Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
  • Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
