About the Role:Title:
Construction ManagerLocation: South Hill, VAPosition Requirements: - Daily execution oversight: field coordination, progress verification, constraint removal
- Schedule health support: look-ahead planning, critical-path risk identification, mitigation actions
- Contractor coordination: GC + trades + commissioning agent alignment (work sequencing, readiness)
- Technical workflow support: RFI/submittal/MOP/work plan review support for completeness + compliance
- Commissioning readiness enablement: installation verification, deficiency tracking, IST readiness inputs
- Standardized field reporting package: daily reports, photo logs, progress notes, issue/escalation documentation
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $197,000 - $235,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
