Job Description: - Assists with supervising locksmiths, carpenters, painters, engineers, general contractors, and all sub-contractors.
- Interfaces with department leadership and facility team leads to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.
- Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects [Required]• Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Required]• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts [Required]• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills [Required]• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage multi-faceted teams [Required]
Education: • Bachelor's [Preferred]• High School Grad or Equiv OR 5 YEARS RELEVENT [Required]
Work Experience: • 5+ construction related experience [Required]• 5+ experience in all phases of architectural design process [Preferred]• 5+ experience with state agency construction requirements [Preferred]• 5+ extensive experience in the construction process, including all project deliverables [Preferred]• 5+ healthcare experience [Preferred]• 5+ project management experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: • General Contractor License (GENCON) [Preferred]• Certified Project Manager (CertPMP) [Preferred]
