Construction Litigation Associate

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years (ONLY) of construction litigation (defense) experience to join its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, California.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trial preparation and courtroom practice, including primary file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions. Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential.
Experience working with matters involving construction, engineering, or architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with insurance defense processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven work ethic.
Applicants must possess a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and be actively licensed to practice law in California.
Skills and Certifications
Hands-on experience with trial preparation and courtroom practice
