Description

Crosby Energy Services is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to support upstream wellsite construction projects for a major oil and gas client. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating crews and contractors, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Work includes wellhead equipment, compression, and artificial lift installations across active field locations.

The ideal candidate brings strong field experience, understands wellsite facilities, and can effectively bridge the gap between engineering and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage brownfield wellsite construction projects
  • Supervise contractors, crews, and field execution activities
  • Interpret P&IDs and participate in design reviews

  • Strong understanding of P&IDs and field construction practices
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage contractors
  • Experience with wellhead equipment, compression, or artificial lift systems
  • Knowledge of safety systems including LOTO and Permit to Work
  • Ability to manage materials, costs, and project timelines
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in field environments and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Preferred:
  • Experience with systems such as Maximo or SAP
  • Background in commissioning or facilities engineering
  • Familiarity with plunger lift or gas lift systems
