Job DescriptionHill is seeking a Construction Inspection Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA for Spring 2026Responsibilities- Supervise and perform daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Proactively identify and communicate issues in the field to project management.
- Provide solutions to mitigate problems as they arise.
- Observe field work, ensuring workmanship and materials meet standards.
- Document work using PennDOT or Pennsylvania Turnpike daily inspection report and various other reports.
Qualifications- Minimum of 6 years of transportation, highway, or bridge construction inspection experience.
- Active Professional Engineer's License.
- NICET Level IV Certification in Highway Construction (only NICET Certifications in Highway Construction are allowed unless other NICET subfields are requested for Central Office approval).
- PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification or NECEPT Field Technician Certification.
