Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be a key part of the operations team and will be responsible for project managing new Delivery Stations (DS) planning, design and construction. This will include the extension of existing facilities and any new sites. The Contract Manager will play an integral role in the development and implementation of the North American facility network infrastructure.
This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. It requires a person who can show proven ability in the planning and design, and project management / control of new and the enhancement of existing facility buildings.
Key job responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day contract administration support for standardized construction contracts, NDA's, services agreements, statements of work/work orders, proposals and other contract documentation.
2. Prepare work orders, work authorization letters, and other contract and process documentation in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies, within the limits of authority delegated by management.
3. Ensure appropriate documentation is acquired and entered into corporate databases in a timely manner; conduct analyses and compile reports as required.
4. Review invoices for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
5. Assist with contract audits.
6. Processing and tracking purchase orders
7. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors.
8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting practices as well as Federal, state, and local law by reviewing existing and new regulations; anticipating regulations; enforcing adherence to regulations; and advising management on requirements.
9. Supports the Real Estate Legal team with onboarding new Vendors through the Master process
10. Assists in training employees with the contracts, purchase orders and invoicing
A day in the life
This role provides day-to-day contract administration support for construction contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding. The Contracts Manager works across Construction, Preconstruction, Legal, Finance, Capital Planning, and Governance to ensure compliance with corporate policies and contract terms. Key activities include preparing and processing work orders and POs, reviewing invoices, supporting contract audits, onboarding new vendors through the Master process, and training internal teams on contracts and invoicing procedures. The role solves for speed, compliance, and coordination across stakeholders to keep projects moving without bottlenecks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years in contracts administration or legal experience
- 3+ years in project coordination field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
