Qualifications

• 7-10 years in commercial construction with field supervision or quality control experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Proficient in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
• Experience in conducting quality inspections and compliance reviews.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scope reviews to pinpoint discrepancies before mobilization.
• Maintain jobsite QA/QC checklists and documentation.
• Perform punch list and follow-up inspections post-completion.
• Participate in final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in training new Superintendents on company practices and software.
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance and protocols on-site.
• Collaborate with project teams to validate 3-week lookahead schedules.
