Job Description:Role Summary:The
Construction Commercial Manager will lead customer-focused construction technology strategies across the product portfolio, delivering innovative solutions that accelerate autonomy and create greater value for customers.
What You Will Do (Job Duties):- Assess business strengths, gaps, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and support growth strategies.
- Lead and coordinate daily team activities to promote, sell, and deploy solutions that address customers' toughest challenges while ensuring customer feedback is resolved effectively.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators in partnership with customers to support short- and long-term technology strategies and build training programs that enable seamless execution.
- Manage and develop a team delivering autonomy and technology solutions aligned with Caterpillar's strategic direction.

Top Candidates Will Have:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Progressive success in construction or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in account management and building strong customer relationships.
- Proven leadership experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives.
Additional Information:- This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.
- Relocation assistance is available.
- Travel in this role is up to 75%.

Summary Pay Range:$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
