OVERVIEWWe are currently seeking an
Assistant Project Manager for our Pacific North Water Division in the Bay Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Project planning, scheduling and coordination, including participation in work plan development
- Safety and quality control management
- Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
- Change order management
- Managing critical subcontractors and process equipment suppliers
- Coordination with design consultants through design completion on Design-Build projects
- Obtain and review submittals for compliance with contract documents and distribute to Owner/design consultants for formal review
- Draft and submit Requests for Information as required
- Assume responsible charge of process mechanical material and equipment tracking, including development of detailed takeoffs/logs and ensuring delivery prior to scheduled installation dates
- Manage Project Engineers and collaborate with other Assistant Project Managers in responsible charge of other scopes of work
- Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous water treatment construction experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and lead people
- Specific roles may require relocation
- Salary Range: $99,000 - 149,000/Yr
