High Level Description The Ground Disturbance Specialist provides subject matter expertise, training support, and governance oversight for ground disturbance activities across projects. Support the design, delivery, and improvement of ground disturbance training programs for project personnel, inspectors, contractors, and other stakeholders. This includes helping define competency expectations, reviewing training content for regulatory and practical accuracy, supporting awareness sessions, and ensuring training reflects current Canadian and U.S. requirements and field execution risks Scope/Dimensions: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in construction inspection, with expertise in ground disturbance and pipeline construction. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs. Ability to adapt training materials for diverse audiences and learning styles. Certification in construction inspection or training facilitation is an asset.
