Les conseillers de la performance opérationnelle jouent un rôle clé dans l'optimisation des processus et l'amélioration continue au sein de La Corporation McKesson Canada. Ils sont chargés d'analyser les opérations existantes, d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et de mettre en œuvre des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité, la productivité et la qualité des services.

Responsabilités du poste

* Analyser les processus opérationnels actuels afin d'identifier les lacunes, les inefficacités et les goulots d'étranglement.
* Concevoir et proposer des stratégies d'amélioration continue, en utilisant des méthodologies telles que Lean, Six Sigma ou d'autres approches pertinentes.
* Collaborer avec les différentes équipes et départements pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs défis opérationnels.
* Élaborer des plans d'action détaillés pour la mise en œuvre des améliorations, y compris l'identification des ressources nécessaires et l'établissement des échéanciers.
* Coordonner et superviser la mise en œuvre des changements, en assurant une communication efficace et un soutien aux équipes impactées.
* Mesurer et évaluer l'impact des améliorations mises en place à l'aide d'indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs).

Qualifications du poste

* Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, génie industriel, gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
* Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en amélioration de la performance opérationnelle, en gestion de projets ou en consultation interne.
* Maîtrise avérée des méthodologies d'amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma - certification un atout).
* Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
* Fortes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle et en présentation, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
* Capacité à influencer et à mobiliser les équipes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
* Autonomie, proactivité et sens aigu de l'organisation.
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment la suite MS Office (Excel avancé, PowerPoint) et des logiciels d'analyse de données.
* Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel.
* Expérience dans le secteur de la santé ou de la distribution pharmaceutique un atout.
