The Opportunity

As a Connected Supply Chain, Planning - Kinaxis, Senior Associate, you will focus on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to provide guidance on technology and data analytics, creating a connected and agile supply chain network.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain operations and improve end-to-end visibility and collaboration
- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Developing operational strategies to reduce costs and increase responsiveness within supply chain networks
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Managing client relationships and building meaningful connections to support supply chain modernization efforts
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for operational excellence and process improvement
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
