Your role and responsibilities
As a Demand Generation Professional for the Confluent Business at IBM, you will drive engagement, pipeline growth, and client relationship building through integrated, cross-brand strategies. This role requires deep expertise in developing and executing global demand and targeted demand strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to identify client segments and cohorts, and collaborating with sales organizations to align with business priorities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Demand Strategy Development: Develop and execute integrated, cross-brand strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and client relationship building.
• Client Journey Design: Design and execute programmatic omni-channel client journeys in support of demand motions.
• Initiative Ownership: Own strategic initiatives, including CxO Program and Event orchestration, to ensure collaboration and consistency across teams.
• Event Orchestration: Build and manage the demand plan for major global, cross-brand events, collaborating across teams to ensure unified messaging and maximum business impact.
• Campaign Design: Design and deliver end-to-end cross-sell and up-sell campaigns targeting specific buying groups through a multi-channel mix.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing demand strategies based on measurable outcomes.
• Segment Analysis: Identify and prioritize account segments using data-driven insights to develop demand plans for identified cohorts.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Understanding: of client segment business performance, including current and future quarter pipeline status, offering performance, and key deals status.
• Data Driven Insights: experience with identifying cohorts and developing demand plans using data-driven insights to drive demand for technology and/or consulting solutions.
• Omni Channel Expertise: ability to design and execute programmatic omni-channel client journeys in support of demand motions.
• Partnership Development: experience with establishing strong partnerships with sales organizations to ensure tight alignment with business and market priorities.
• Performance Optimization: experience with monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to optimize demand strategies based on measurable outcomes.

• Data Analysis Skills: Deep expertise in analyzing data to drive demand strategies and identify client segments.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to leverage data-driven insights to develop and execute targeted demand strategies.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
