Conference Services Manager for a growing life sciences account in Boston, MA, Monday-Friday, with career advancement on a brand-new team. You'll run all events and conferences, helping clients plan and set up seamless experiences.
You'll manage catering, AV, BEOs, and room bookings using CaterTrax or similar systems, handling events up to 1,000 guests. Comfort working in a fast-paced events and catering environment is a must, along with managing multiple priorities and ambiguity.
