Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete construction.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects with strict control on cost and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project, and familiarity with construction software like PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, General Contractors, and Superintendents to promote effective communication.
