Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; an Associate's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years of project management experience, especially in concrete construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on cost control and schedule adherence.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction software like PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and project scopes thoroughly.
• Manage financial aspects of each project diligently.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs from construction documents using Planswift or similar software.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
• Oversee project execution for scope and quality compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and communicate consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with Superintendents for project execution.
• Ensure thorough documentation of changes and monitor material quantities.
