Qualifications

• 5-7 years managing commercial concrete projects
• Required experience with structural cast-in-place concrete construction
• Preferred experience in data center construction
• In-depth understanding of concrete structures and operations
• Experience with multiple large-scale projects ($5M-$10M+)
• Strong leadership and communication skills within project teams
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities including schedule and budget management
• Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and contract changes
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial concrete projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency
• Oversee scheduling, production tracking, and project cost control
• Drive quality control measures in line with project plans and specifications
• Support project estimating, budgeting, procurement, and contract changes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project personnel
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to enhance productivity
• Maintain presence in both office and field to support operations and client relations
• Travel to project sites as necessary to support field operations
