Associate Computer Scientist / Test Systems Engineer (Accelerated Developmental Program - ACDP)

Under the direct mentorship of a Senior Computer Scientist within the 556th Software Engineering Squadron (556 SWES / MXDPB), you will design and develop advanced Test Program Sets (TPS) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software critical to establishing organic repair capabilities across the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) enterprise.

What you will accomplish:

Key Responsibilities:

- Aviation Test Development: Design, develop, and rehost Test Program Sets (TPS) to enable precise functional and diagnostic testing for complex military aircraft electronics.

- U.S. Citizenship

- Obtain & maintain a security clearance

- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft

- May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours

- Designated as a Non-Critical Acquisition Position and is covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP)

- Obtain and maintain Cyberspace certification
