Full Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users through phone, in-person, and online channels, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripheral devices, operating systems, networking components, and standard business applications.
  • Identify and implement appropriate hardware and software solutions, including application customization to meet user and business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues, ensure seamless service delivery, and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
  • Support user productivity through network connectivity, system and application training, ongoing communication, and continuous improvement of technology services and processes.


The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in system administration across Windows environments (Linux is a plus), including maintaining users and computers in Windows Active Directory
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple support requests, projects, and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience managing assigned projects and support activities with minimal supervision while maintaining appropriate data security and confidentiality standards.


Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20 lbs, any other physical requirements like wiring an IT workspace


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Basic PowerShell scripting
  • Basic Atlassian understanding

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
