Location:
Dallas, TX - Joe Field Rd - Retail shop

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Responsible for managing the compressor maintenance department, including the scheduling and performance of maintenance, inventory control, and staff training. The role supports organizational growth and efficiencies through involvement in R&D and department expansion projects
  • Departmental Leadership: Manage and predictive maintenance activities for the department while providing hands-on training to the team.
  • Technical R&D & Innovation: Test and verify new technology for various compressors and provide technical project management for new engineering projects.
  • Operational Performance: Monitor compressor efficiencies and identify process or profit improvement areas to drive growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide process and instrumentation diagrams as required for compliance and implement best operating practices for regional cylinder fills.
  • Project Support: Support plant construction and manage special project requests within Regional Companies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee departmental inventory control to ensure operational readiness.

Predictive Maintenance: Responsibility for "Managing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) sensors and remote monitoring software to predict equipment failure before it occurs.
