Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is
$67,200 - $84,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of
$67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Job SummaryThis position will strenghten compliance and operational risk management efforts by ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory, and company standards. This position will also liaise between internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, conducting compliance evaluations, and driving resolution of issues.
Primary Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits to ensure contractual compliance.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate company liability and strengthen operational controls.
- Manage and support resolution of compliance disputes, ensuring timely and appropriate outcomes.
- Communicate compliance findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver guidance and training to internal teams regarding compliance management practices and contract adherence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support compliance monitoring and audit readiness.
