Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Compliance Director on compliance initiatives

  • Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings

Full Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Compliance Director to ensure the effective oversight, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our Corporate Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual requirements across all RCH sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who is passionate about healthcare excellence and committed to safeguarding organizational compliance in a community-focused environment.
