Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Affordable Housing Regulatory Compliance (HUD/LIHTC, USDA-RD, HOME).
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing program requirements.
• Yardi Affordable Housing experience required.
• Proven leadership skills with team management experience.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven individual capable of independent work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred industry certifications like HCCP, SHCM, COS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with various affordable housing programs including LIHTC and HUD.
• Supervise and support compliance staff and lease-up activities.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and manage regulatory inspections.
• Oversee HUD processes such as EIV administration.
• Maintain the compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports for regulatory compliance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and guide site and corporate teams.
