Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $73,400 - $99,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do? - Oversee compliance t raining, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training
- Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review all pertinent information and any findings from reporting and observations
- Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as the p rimary point of contact for state regulators as it relates to the overall gaming operation and any minimum internal control standards
- Update and maintain i nternal co ntrols as well as po licies and p rocedures for the unit
- Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit
More about you - Bachelor's degree preferred ; p rofessional experience may substitute for a degree
- 2+ years of compliance experience required, Casino experience preferred
- Strong understanding of AML and Title 31
- Proficient at operationalizing g aming regulations and meeting requirements while also supporting a thriving g aming business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work in multiple systems to integrate and analyze data
Physical requirements - Ability to obtain and maintain a g aming license from appropriate state regulators
- Ability to travel between the Sheraton Nashua Hotel and Gate City Casino
