Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of AML and compliance programs for adherence to regulations
  • Monitor AML activities, including SARs and CTRs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Lead AML investigations, documenting and resolving suspicious activity
  • Serve as escalation point for AML matters, summarizing issues for senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and identify gaps across functions
  • Document compliance exceptions and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain audit-ready AML documentation and logs

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of the Company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance program, ensuring adherence to BSA/FinCEN requirements and Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) regulations.
  • Monitor AML activity, including review and oversight of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and patron identification (KYC/CDD) processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory defensibility.
  • Lead or support AML and Compliance investigations, ensuring timely identification, documentation, escalation, and resolution of suspicious activity and control failures .
  • Serve as a primary compliance resource and escalation point, providing guidance, training, and recommendations to employees and leadership on AML, regulatory, and internal control matters.
  • Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation, case files, reports, and records while supporting internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations.
  • Partner with operational departments to ensure compliance controls, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented and consistently followed.
  • Administer responsibilities related to the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Select, train, develop, and manage compliance team members, including coaching, performance management, and corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patron, transaction, and compliance information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:
  • $115,000/year
