SOMMAIRE

L'enquêteur de conformité sur la route est responsable de l'analyse, de la production de rapports et de la formation sur les enjeux liés à la conformité aux normes de la compagnie en matière de pratiques commerciales.

RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Enquêter sur la cause des cas particuliers en vente, des plaintes des consommateurs et des violations des règles de la compagnie.
  • Soumettre des résumés écrits des enquêtes au vice-président adjoint et, au besoin, formuler une recommandation quant aux mesures correctives ou disciplinaires appropriées.
  • Tenir des dossiers pertinents sur les résumés d'enquête et des rapports de données connexes.
  • Communiquer avec l'équipe des ventes au sujet des enquêtes et fournir des recommandations de comportement correctif pour les problèmes non liés à une violation du contrat.
  • Au besoin, animer des séances de formation auprès de l'effectif de vente.
  • Aider à la préparation et à la mise à jour du matériel administratif, des manuels et des dépliants liés aux pratiques commerciales sur la route et à la politique de la Companie qui y est associée.
  • Exécuter les autres recherches afférentes pour des projets spéciaux assignés par le vice-président adjoint de la Conformité sur la route.


JOB SUMMARY

Field Compliance Investigator is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and training on issues pertinent to the compliance of company standards related to sales practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Investigate the cause of sales outliers, consumer complaints and business violations.
  • Submit written summaries of investigations to the AVP and, if needed, provide a recommendation for appropriate corrective or disciplinary action.
  • Maintain appropriate records of investigation summaries and related data reports.
  • Communicate with Sales regarding investigations and provide recommendations for corrective behavior for issues not associated with a Contract Violation.
  • When needed, conduct training sessions with Sales Force.
  • Assist in preparation & updates to administrative material, manuals and flyers as related to field business practices and associated Company policy.
  • Performs other related research for special projects assigned by AVP of Field Compliance.
