  • Plan and execute Board meetings and regulatory sessions to strengthen governance practices.
  • Maintain departmental materials including the intranet and regulatory news updates.

Full Job Description
Fitch Group is currently seeking a Compliance Executive Assistant (Senior Compliance Associate) based out of our New York office.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Chief Compliance Officer, enabling effective oversight of Fitch Ratings' global compliance program and supporting the function's ability to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel, expenses, correspondence, and senior-level meetings, helping drive efficient decision-making and seamless engagement with C-Suite executives, Board members, and regulators.
  • Prepare, edit, and summarize management information, presentations, and reporting materials that support senior leadership visibility into key compliance initiatives and department priorities.
  • Support the planning and execution of Board meetings, video conferences, planning sessions, and regulator meetings, contributing to strong governance practices and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with operational compliance activities, including maintaining the department intranet and organizational charts, circulating regulatory news and industry developments, and supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, with C-Suite executive assistant experience considered a strong plus.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare polished reports, presentations, and other business materials.

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $95,000per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
