Job TitleCompensation Consultant LocationCleveland FacilityRemote Location DepartmentTotal Rewards-Caregiver Office Job CodeT98055 ShiftDays Schedule8:00am-5:00pm Job Summary Job Details As a Compensation Consultant, you will lead moderate to complex compensation initiatives focused on job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, survey participation, and compensation analysis to promote consistent and equitable pay programs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain market competitiveness across relevant labor markets. With additional focus in Executive Compensation, Incentive Programs, and International Compensation, you will manage compensation programs, particularly incentive compensation, by reviewing and applying eligibility criteria, completing scoring and award calculations, maintaining compensation rules and structures, and partnering on specialized compensation initiatives. You will work on projects, programs, and initiatives including the Mission Impact Plan, physician compensation, international compensation reviews, and Workday Extend. Responsibilities include the Mission Impact Plan, caregiver office physician populations with 50% administrative and 50% clinical responsibilities, and international compensation reviews. This position will work independently, manage incentive compensation activities, and contribute to the build-out of incentive programs in Workday Extend, including technical compensation processes tied to system configuration. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. 6 5:00 p.m. This role prefers candidates who reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada. A caregiver who excels in this role will: bull; Consult with Human Resource Services, Talent Acquisition and management across the organization to identify/resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues for assigned client groups. bull; Lead major Compensation projects and participates in a variety of Human Resource related projects. bull; Interface with Human Resources representatives to ensure appropriate level of understanding and administration capability relative to the broad spectrum of both direct and indirect compensation programs. bull; Perform audits of various Compensation programs and the application of the programs to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines. bull; Analyze various market and legal trends to determine whether Compensation programs are market-competitive and are compliant with current legal regulations. bull; Mentor and train lower-level analysts. bull; Other duties as assigned Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: bull; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field bull; Eight years of Compensation experience bull; Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: bull; Masters degree bull; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) bull; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification Physical Requirements: bull; Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time, normal or corrected vision; dexterity sufficient to perform work utilizing a personal computer. bull; Ability to perform duties in multiple facilities and locations.
