Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, PFMLA, ADA, etc.), and compensation programs. Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred, and experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing biweekly payroll and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing leave administration, and supporting year-end reporting. They will also oversee compensation and benefits initiatives, support performance management programs, maintain employee records, serve as an HR resource to employees and leadership, and partner closely with Accounting on audits, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and HR process improvements.

Requirements
  1. 5+ years Payroll& Benefits experience
  2. Knowledge of leavelaws (FMLA, PFML, ADA)
  3. Banking experienceif not then financial services
  4. ADP WFN highlypreferred
