Full Job Description
Position Summary

We are seeking a highly data-driven, analytical and diligent individual to join our Compensation team. This person will be working within the compensation team to help provide strategic and impactful insights into our compensation develop and structure. Candidates should be a strong problem solver with critical thinking abilities, possess positive relationship leadership skills, have the ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks, and takes a collaborative approach to team engagement. You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Providing compensation support to the HR and business leadership teams including, and not limited to reporting, planning, compensation analyses, and administration
  • Partnering with the Recruiting team to develop competitive new hire offer packages.
  • Leading the year-end compensation process from start to end across multiple business areas.
  • Project managing important cross-functional compensation and HR projects.
  • Working with key partners across HR, Engineering, and Finance to implement key strategic decisions.
  • Supporting the market compensation survey and benchmarking processes, analyzing results, and using findings to drive innovations in our compensation plans..
  • Providing analytical assistance to Business Leaders on compensation related matters.


You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience required; preferred experience in a compensation related role
  • Financial Services or Technology industry compensation experience is a plus
  • BS/BA degree with a strong academic record
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel is a must

The base pay for this role will be between $100,000 and $140,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
