About the Role

Blue Man Group, part of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, is seeking an experienced Company Manager to lead the 2026 A New Holiday Spectacular Touring production. This individual will oversee all day-to-day operations on the road, managing the touring company of artists, technicians, and staff.The Company Manager is the senior leader on tour - responsible for people, process, and performance. They ensure a safe, compliant, and inspiring environment for all company members while maintaining strong relationships with presenters, promoters, and the Blue Man Group and CDSEG home offices.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Lead the full touring company including direct supervision of the Production Manager and Production Stage Manager and their teams (performers and crew).
  • Serve as the primary HR representative on the road - overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, counseling, and separations, in collaboration with BMG/CDSEG Talent Operations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports morale, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to all employment agreements, company policies, and touring protocols.
  • Conduct regular company meetings and act as the primary point of contact for all personnel matters.


Operations & Logistics
  • Manage the movement of the company - coordinating travel, air and ground transportation, freight, accommodations, per diems, and itineraries.
  • Oversee daily schedules, call times, venue logistics, and emergency response procedures in collaboration with the Production Manager and Stage Management team.
  • Advance tour details with venue contacts regarding front of house, security, catering, VIP, and local staffing.
  • Champion and enforce all Blue Man Group and CDSEG health and safety standards across the tour. Ensure all company members operate in a safe, compliant environment; partner with the Production Manager to implement incident reporting, emergency response protocols, and regular safety briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and travel regulations across all tour stops.


Finance & Settlement
  • Lead all settlement processes with venues, presenters, and promoters; reconcile show finances and finalize reports for submission to CDSEG Finance.
  • Manage tour budgets, petty cash, credit card reconciliations, and weekly reporting.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure timely, accurate submission of timesheets and expense reimbursements.
  • Monitor operational costs, identify efficiencies, and maintain alignment with approved budgets.


Partnerships & Communications
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for presenters, promoters, vendors, and venue management.
  • Represent Blue Man Group's brand and operational standards in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with CDSEG departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, PR, Legal) to ensure consistent communication and execution across the tour.
  • Support local publicity or marketing events as needed.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in performing arts management, touring operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in live entertainment or touring company management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR, logistics, and financial administration.
  • Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced touring environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, budgeting tools, and HR documentation.
  • Must be able to travel domestically for extended periods (October - December 2026) and maintain eligibility for U.S. employment and travel.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt touring contract offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits during active tour periods.

The standard pay rate for this position is $1,800 USD/week.
